This session will provide attendees with practical advice and tools to set their practice fees.  This presentation will cover all appropriate CPT codes for pediatric practices including professional services, labs, and vaccines.

This session will provide attendees with a conceptual framework and Excel files to help you plan your practice budget.  With the information and tools provided, practices will be able to identify how expected revenue and expenses will impact the practice's profitability.

This session will help pediatric practices track and analyze their payment rates from MCO and Medicaid payors.  Along with helpful Excel spreadsheets for practices, the presentation will examine various scenarios and what you should do to improve your payment rates.

This session will walk through how PMI reviews the productivity and profitability of providers in pediatric practices.  With provided Excel spreadsheets, attendees will be able to plug in their own numbers to monitor and measure the profitability of their providers.

Attendees will learn about several approaches to provide financial incentives for employed providers.  With easy-to-follow Excel spreadsheets, attendees will then be able to build their own model to provide production incentives to their employed providers.

Attendees will explore several approaches on how pediatric practices share the profits with practice owners/partners.  At the conclusion of this session, attendees will be able to identify opportunities to possibly improve their own processes.

All sessions will be presented via Zoom.

Each topic will be presented twice on each scheduled day for your convenience.

Each session will include a 30-45 minute presentation followed by an open Q&A session for attendees.
